生成物の著作権について

ToolzToolz/ツールズツールズ（以下略：ツルツル）は、あなたのアイデアを形にするためのツールです。 ツールを使用してあなたが生成した最終的なグラフィック作品（画像、SVGデータなど）に関するすべての著作権は、その生成者であるあなた（ユーザー）に完全に帰属します。 あなたは、生成した作品をいかなる目的においても、自由に利用、配布、改変することができます。

Copyright of Generated Assets:ToolzToolz is a tool designed to bring your ideas to life. All copyright for the final graphic works (images, SVG data, etc.) generated by you using this tool belongs entirely to you, the user. You are free to use, distribute, and modify the generated works for any purpose.

商用利用について

「ツルツル」の生成物は、個人・法人を問わず、完全に商用利用可能です。 広告、商品デザイン、ウェブサイト、印刷物など、営利を目的とする用途に制限なく無料でご利用いただけます。 ご利用にあたり、「ツルツル」の名称をクレジット（著作権表示）として記載する義務はありません。（任意でご紹介いただくことは歓迎いたします。）

Commercial Use:Assets generated with ToolzToolz are fully available for commercial use by both individuals and corporations. You may use them for free and without restriction for commercial purposes, including advertisements, product designs, websites, and printed materials. Credit or attribution to ToolzToolz is not required (though voluntary mentions are always appreciated!).

禁止事項

ユーザーの皆様に安心してご利用いただくため、以下の行為は禁止させていただきます。 「ツルツル」自体（ツール内のコード、構造、UIデザイン等）を複製、再配布、販売する行為。 公序良俗に反する、または違法な目的での生成物の利用。

Prohibited Acts:To ensure a safe environment for all users, the following acts are prohibited: Copying, redistributing, or selling the tool itself (including its code, structure, UI design, etc.). Using generated assets for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order and morality.
